Essence Music Festival is the event that “Parties Around The Clock." It draws well over 600,000 festival-goers each year. The Essence Music Festival brings “star-studded” actors, actresses, major artists, empowerment workshops, shopping, food, and so more to the famous City of New Orleans, LA.
Essence Music Festival has been and still is the highlight of New Orleans' summer music scene. The greatest music artist of all time has made the scene here. Music artists such as Beyoncé, Prince, Janet Jackson, Mary J. Blige, Erykah Badu, Jeffrey Osborne, The Dells, Peabo Bryson, Lionel Richie, Frankie Beverly and Maze, and so many more. You never know which Entertainer will close out the final night of the three-day event at the Super Dome each year.

You are automatically enrolled in our AutoPay Billing Plan when you select the Monthly Payment Plan (MPP) for any of our Group Trips. You can relax and be at ease knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, our system will calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you with payment due dates. Our system will send you reminders before the due date via the email address you registered with. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Our AutoPay Billing service is available for all our Group Trip customers at no charge and no interest added.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All payments to JTravelUp are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because JTravelUp has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss/Delay, Medical Expenses and more.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this price to be locked in.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
You can log-in to our client portal to view your account and reservations 24 hours a day.
Name changes are allowed with a $150 name change fee up until the final payment date and $200 plus any vendor fees after the final payment date on your payment plan.
Monthly late payment(s) are access a $25 late fee and are automatically added to your reservations the day after the monthly due date. Late final payment fee of $200 per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final due date.
All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account and the request must be sent to us via email to Info@JTravelUp.com.
